Common questions

Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle. We prorate any unused time when upgrading.
What counts as an "agent"?
An agent is any team member who has a login and can view or respond to conversations. Admins are also counted as agents. You can add or remove agents at any time, and billing adjusts accordingly.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan comes with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. You get access to all features of the plan you choose so you can evaluate ChatVault properly before committing.
How does the yearly discount work?
When you choose yearly billing, you save 25% compared to the monthly rate. The full year is billed upfront as a single payment. You can still add or remove agents mid-year and we will adjust your next invoice accordingly.
Which channels are supported?
ChatVault supports Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct Messages, WhatsApp Business API, Email (all providers via SMTP/IMAP), and website Live Chat via our embeddable widget. The Starter plan includes Email and Live Chat; all other channels are available on Growth and above.
What payment methods are accepted?
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), and enterprise customers can arrange bank transfer or invoice-based billing through our sales team.
